Sadhbh started her para-rowing path in 2024. She took home two golds from the 2024 Home Internationals for both the 2k and the 500m sprint. She was nominated in the Rowability category at the 2024 Rowing Ireland awards.

The 2025 World Cup in Lucerne marked her first participation in a World Cup regatta where she raced in the PR3 Mix2x with Tiarnán O’Donnell, the crew won a bronze medal. She raced at her first World Championships in 2025 in Shanghai.
