Active Disability Ireland is running an accessible club workshop designed to provide clubs with an in-depth understanding of how they can become more inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities. The 2.5-hour session will cover the fundamentals of disability awareness, introduce the Xcessible Club Toolkit, and include practical tasks to help participants feel confident in supporting their club’s journey toward inclusion.
The first Roadshow event will take place in Dublin on Saturday, 14th June at the Sport Ireland Campus. This session is ideal for clubs based in Dublin or nearby areas that are interested in making their environments more accessible and welcoming to all.
It is open to coaches, volunteers, parents, committee members, board members, club members, and anyone involved in club activities.
