DCU Rowing Club is seeking a Men’s Novice Team Coach for the 2025/2026 season.
The role involves leading three water sessions per week at Neptune Rowing Club, Islandbridge. The commitment is approximately 3–4 hours per week.
Contract Periods
Autumn Term: 9 September – 25 November 2025
Spring Term: 13 January – 5 April 2026
Pay Rate
€23 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality on-water coaching sessions, ensuring our novice teams’ technical and physical development.
Enthusiasm for coaching, and for athlete and squad development.
Collaborate with other club coaches to ensure alignment with overall programme objectives.
Candidate Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of rowing, supported by a track record of coaching or competing at a high level.
Essential: Level 1 Coaching Certificate (or equivalent).
